Information Collected About You

To provide conveniences such as processing payments by credit card, we use a merchant account service including verification of your address to prevent credit card fraud. This merchant account service does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose except to verify your address to prevent credit card fraud.

We may share your information with governmental agencies when: (1) permitted or required by law; (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these agencies or companies for marketing purposes.

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request and to manage your client account. We will communicate with you only in accordance with your stated preferences. On occasion we will communicate with you by mail or email to inform you of seminars or training workshops we think may be of interest to you.

Opting Out

On occasion we send e-mail newsletters and direct mail to notify clients and visitors of training resources and legal topics of interest to nonprofits and church leaders. These email newsletters and mailings always come directly from our office and we never share your contact information with with third-party marketers.  We do not send any mailing on behalf of others.  You have the option to decline receipt of email newsletters and direct mail from the Law Office of Adrienne N. Newsom.  Any request to opt out of e-mail newsletters and direct mail from this office will go into effect within five business days of receipt of your request.
